What is included in the registration fees? At least 14 games packed full of fun. Players must provide their own shin guards. Shin guards must be worn and covered during every AYSO game. Registration fees also cover AYSO insurance, national dues, field and operating costs of the region, and player awards.
How late can I register? After June 1, we will accept registrations until all teams are filled. After that time, players will be put on a waiting list and notified if a spot becomes available or a new team is created.
Can I request a team? Coaches coach their own children. Siblings may request each other to be on their team, other requests will be looked at but no guarantee of friend requests.
Can my child play in a different division? Players may play up one division, (i.e. U6 to U8) if requested by parents. However, this is not encouraged. No players are allowed to play down in division. Please be aware, that players who play up a division are ineligible to play in any summer tournaments.
What if I need a refund? Please see the Refund Policy tab for information on how to request a refund.
How is the season determined? Due to weather issues and school schedules, Fall season starts in mid August and Spring Season starts in late March. We try to avoid playing holiday weekends.
U8 Division? What does the U mean? This is the division for children who are Under 8 Years of age on Jan 1st.
When are practices? Practice for all divisions except the U5-U6 are determined by the coach. Recommended practice schedule is 1 per week. U5-U6 have practice the first 20 minutes of the scheduled game time.
Why are the games divided into Quarters? Each registered child is entitled to play 1/2 of the game of which they are there for. If a player is only at half of a scheduled game, they are only entitled to play one quarter. Quarters make it easier to keep track of player time, and gives time for a quick drink on hot days.
